      We send swatches and a quote for your quantities.

    3. Confirm with a deposit

      A 60% deposit starts production.

    4. Sewn and delivered

      10–15 working days for pieces in stock, 30–40 for made-to-order.

    Who can work with you?

    Hotels, resorts, villas, short-stay operators, restaurants, cafés, interior designers, architects, brands looking to collaborate, and companies ordering gifts.

    Is there a minimum order?

    Our minimums are low, so small projects are welcome. Tell us what you need and we'll advise.

    How long does it take?

    10–15 working days for pieces in stock and 30–40 working days for made-to-order, plus delivery.

    How do I confirm an order?

    A 60% deposit confirms the order and starts production. The deposit isn't refundable.

    Can I change my order?

    You can change an order within 12 hours, as long as the new total isn't lower than the invoice.

    Will every batch match?

    Natural fibres and dyes can vary 1–3% in colour between batches.

    Do you deliver outside Bali and Jakarta?

    Yes, worldwide. Our prices are DDP (delivered duty paid), and we ship from different storages depending on where your project is.

    Can custom pieces be returned?

    Custom sizes and colours can't be exchanged or refunded.
