1. Qualifying 

Our loyalty program, available to all retail purchases, does not apply to our wholesale clients who purchase through our webstore or customer representative. By becoming a member of our loyalty program, you agree to our terms and conditions. When applying for membership, you are required to accept our terms and conditions. Please note that we reserve the right to make membership decisions at our own discretion.

2. Membership

To track points and receive rewards, members are required to set up an account. In certain situations, it may be possible to redeem points and rewards by contacting a customer representative. Memberships cannot be transferred and are only valid for the registered member. Any misuse of membership may result in termination of membership. Points earned in a member's account cannot be transferred or converted to cash.

3. Earning points

When an order is placed, the corresponding points will be calculated based on the dollar amount spent, including GST and shipping. To ensure points are credited to their account, members must log in when placing an order. If a member returns a product, the corresponding points will be forfeited. 

  1. Past Orders: Individuals who placed orders prior to March 15th, 2023 will still be eligible for points. They can either create an account to keep track of their points or contact our customer representative for assistance in checking their total points
  2. Placing order: For every US$1 you spend, you'll receive 2 points.
  3. Follow Instagram: Any individual who follows The Katha on instagram will be eligible for 20 points.
  4. Leave a review: 20 points will be added to a member's account for every review they submit after making a purchase.
  5. Subscribing to Email: Members who agree to receive marketing emails will receive an automatic credit of 20 points to their account.
  6. Get featured: Members who have their photos or videos featured on our social media platforms will receive a credit of 100 points.
  7. Four orders achieved: Members who have placed at least four orders will automatically receive 200 points.
  8. Refer a friend: By referring a friend, you will receive a credit of 40 points to your account.

Points will not expire, and last for a lifetime.

4. Redeeming Points

Members can redeem points to receive a price discount. 

To do so member must:

  1. Have enough credited points in their account.
  2. Place an order for products that is not below the minimum spend requirements

The discount reward can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes.

Once your order for product(s) is approved and you redeem your points, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account. If you exchange your product(s), we will adjust the points redeemed based on the difference between the original product(s) and the exchanged product(s). If you return your product(s), we will add the full amount of points redeemed for those product(s) back to your account once the return is processed.
