Yes: to Bali and Java on orders above Rp 3.000.000, and to the other Indonesian islands, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand above Rp 5.000.000. Below that, and for other countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Yes, worldwide, including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Canada. Orders outside Indonesia may have import duties or taxes, charged by your country when the parcel arrives.

Indonesia: usually 3–5 working days after it ships. Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand: usually 3–8 working days. Australia, New Zealand and Canada: usually 7–12 working days. Customs can add a few days.

Message us with your order number as soon as you can. We can change your address, or swap in-stock pieces, until your order ships. Pre-order pieces can be changed within 24 hours of ordering. After that they're cut to your size.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as an exchange, or a refund if it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Pieces should be unused and in their original packaging. Message us first and we'll tell you where to send it. Return shipping is at your cost.

You have 24 hours after ordering to change a pre-order: message us with your order number. After that we order the fabric, then cut and sew it to your size, so it can't be changed or cancelled. Urgent orders go straight to sewing, so they can't be changed once placed.

We make Full, Queen, King AU, King and Cali King. Measure the mattress itself, not the bed frame, then match it on the size chart.

Our fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 40 cm deep, with elastic all the way around.

Standard pillowcases are 50 × 75 cm. King pillowcases are 50 × 95 cm. In the bundle builder you can choose standard or king for each pair.

Full and Queen covers are 220 × 220 cm. King AU, King and Cali King covers are 230 × 260 cm.

Linen is textured and relaxed, cool in the dry season and warm when it rains. Eucalyptus is silky and naturally cooling, good for hot sleepers. Organic cotton is crisp, soft and light.
