• Invoice is valid for 3x24 hours
• Exchange of products for 1x24H - the product price should not be less than the regular invoice
• Prices are nett and inclusive of tax and shipping to Bali and Java.
• Order will be shipped in 3-5 business days via local courier.
• Order will take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your area.
• All orders will be shipped via JNE unless under special request.
• All international shipping such as DHL, FedEx will probably charge extra duty fee depending on the total value of the products, will NOT be our responsibility. If you would like to return the products, you may also be charged for the return fee.
• You may inform us if there's any issue with your order max 7x24h
• There will be 1-3% colour difference per batch.
• All orders across indonesia is not refundable.
• Product exchange is available upon availability.
