• You have 1x12H to modify your order, all modified units should not be less than the total value from invoice.
• All custom made products and colours are NOT available for exchange and refund.
• Bulk orders will require 10-15 working days for products in stock and 30-40 working days for pre-order products.
• Deposit of 60% is required to process the order and deposit is non refundable.
• Price reflected on the invoice is delivery duty paid to Bali/ Jakarta.
• All international shipping such as DHL, FedEx will probably charge extra duty fee depending on the total value of the products, will NOT be our responsibility. If you would like to return the products, you may also be charged for the return fee.
• There will be 1-3% colour difference per batch.
• Delivery will be made via cargo or trucking service.
• All orders are inclusive of The Katha pouch bag.
