Exchanges and returns

We want you to love your bed. If a size or colour isn't right, you can exchange it.

Exchanges

  • You can send pieces back within 7 days of delivery to exchange them for another size or colour.
  • Pieces must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any tags attached.
  • The new size or colour must be in stock. If it costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, you get the difference as store credit.
  • Message us first at hello@the-katha.com or on WhatsApp (+62 878 5085 3170) with your order number. We'll tell you where to send it. Parcels sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.
  • Return shipping is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service. We send the new piece at no extra shipping cost within Indonesia.
  • Please check your bed size in our size chart before you order. Your size is shown in your bag and in your order email. If it isn't right, message us within 24 hours.

No money refunds

We don't give money refunds for change of mind. The only exception is below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement and cover the shipping. If we can't replace it, we'll refund it to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces are cut and sewn to the size you choose. You can change the size or colours within 24 hours of ordering: message us with your order number. After that we have started making your piece, so it can't be changed, cancelled or exchanged. Urgent orders go straight to sewing and can't be changed. Your delivery address can be changed at any time before shipping.

Can't be exchanged

  • Custom pieces (custom sizes or colours made for you).
  • Gift cards and gift wrap.

Sale items follow the same rule as everything else: exchange within 7 days.

Bundles

You can exchange any piece in a bundle for another colour or size of the same piece, within 7 days.
